Refund policy

Every Dink District item is printed to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we'll make it right — free. Email shopdinkdistrict@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for size or change-of-mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — and when in doubt, size up.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
